Abstract Two cases treated by corpus saphenous by-pass for priapism have been reported. It is suggested that this method of treatment should be considered soon after the condition is established and when sensible local measures fail. Although in these cases no further erections have followed this treatment we believe that prolonged priapism prior to surgical intervention may be partly responsible.
