In order to recycle more energy in the process of regenerative braking, we design a regenerative braking force calculation controller based on fuzzy logic. The sugeno's interface fuzzy logic controller has three-inputs including the driver's brake requirements, vehicle speed and batteries' SOC and one-output which is the regenerative braking force. To ensure charging safety, the influence of batteries' temperature is also taken into consideration. Besides, we modify the original braking force distribution regulations in the simulation software-ADVISOR. The simulation results verify that the method can not only recycle more energy from braking but also ensure the safety of braking and the batteries.
