Novel multicolored micellar complexes self-assembled from P(NIPAAm-co-EIPPMMA · Eu(DMB)3)-b-PVPhol and P(NIPAAm-co-HEMA · FITC)-b-PVP polymers are prepared. These complexes exhibit temperature- and pH-dependent fluorescence, suggesting promising applications for in vivo sensing of the pH and temperature in complicated microenvironments.
