Occasional dilated tub ules with eosinophil casts Atrophy and dilatation with eosino phil casts Atrophy only, marked focally Normal Slight diffuse increase, prob ably normal for juxta medullary cortex Normal Very fine collagen between tubules, probably normal Diffuse slight increase of collagen, more marked focally. No inflammatory cells Slight focal periglomerular and perivascular fibrosis Slight cellular and fine col l?ge nous increase.
