Foregut duplications are rare congenital abnormalities. Although infrequently encountered in adults, up to 30% may present after the age of 12 years.1 In adults, most are asymptomatic and are found incidentally on routine radiologic examinations.2,3 Occasionally, symptoms may occur due to the mass effect of cyst, cyst rupture or hemorrhage,1,2,4 or obstruction at the level of the ampulla of Vater.5
