A Randomized Trial of Tenecteplase versus Alteplase for Acute Ischemic Stroke

Abstract

Tenecteplase was associated with significantly better reperfusion and clinical outcomes than alteplase in patients with stroke who were selected on the basis of CT perfusion imaging.
