Pleiotropic effects of fenofibrate therapy on rats with hypertriglycemia

Abstract

Fenofibrate therapy not only could reduce triglyceride level but also confer pleiotropic effects in terms of endothelium-protection and amelioration of inflammation and oxidation in a dose-dependent manner.
