A follow-up of ten patients with lymphomas of the salivary glands indicated that tumors with a nodular pattern had an increased survival time. In 30% of the cases the lymphomas could be seen to arise from nodal inclusions within salivary parenchyma. No evidence for an immunologically deficient state or associated immune disease could be found.
