Abstract

Adrenohepatic fusion is defined as
\nadhesion of the liver and right adrenal
\ncortex and close intermingling
\nof the respective parenchymal
\ncells [1], with partial or complete absence
\nof the fibrous capsule dividing the two organs
\n[2]. Although it is not rare at autopsy [1], the
\nclinical significance of adrenohepatic fusion
\nhas been rarely described. We report a case of
\nadrenal cortical adenoma that developed in
\nadrenohepatic fusion tissue and mimicked
\nmalignant hepatic tumor at CT and angiography-
\nassisted CT.
