Reversal of Hepatocyte Senescence After Continuous In Vivo Cell Proliferation

Abstract

These findings suggest that the hepatocyte "ploidy conveyer" is regulated differently during aging and regeneration. The findings of reversal of hepatocyte senescence could enable future studies on liver aging and cell therapy.
