Abstract

Implementation of Al-Al <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf> O <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">3</inf> -Al metalization, experimental performance of diverse CCDs, and a novel two-phase concept will be presented, within a discussion of the organization and fabrication tradeoffs for analog and digital memories, citing predicted impact.
