The dynamics of Ising spin glasses above the freezing temperature ${\mathit{T}}_{\mathit{g}}$ have been studied numerically. A simple method is given which predicts the active-bond-percolation critical temperature ${\mathit{T}}_{\mathit{p}}$ in Ising spin glasses. The physical significance of this temperature and the associated damage-spreading temperature is discussed, together with the form of the autocorrelation-function relaxation between this temperature and ${\mathit{T}}_{\mathit{g}}$.
