Order-disorder Transformations

Order-Disorder Transformations is a phase transformation in which a material undergoes a transition from a thermodynamically stable ordered state, characterized by preferential occupation of specific lattice sites by different atomic species, to a disordered state, where atomic distribution becomes random over those sites, driven by entropy effects at elevated temperatures.
