Microfabrication of metal-semiconductor heterostructures and tubules using nuclear track filters

Abstract

An electrochemical technique is described that makes use of pores of nuclear track filters as templates for synthesis of metal-semiconductor (Cu-Se) heterostructures and Se microtubules. Some possible applications of the microtubules and heterostructures are also suggested.
