Regrowth of Septal Spur in Split Cord Malformation

Abstract

Regrowth of a diastematomyelic bone septum is very rare, and only few cases have been reported in the literature. We report a 3-year-old female patient who developed recurrent fibro-osseous spur after primary excision.
