The use of atomic force microscopy for the observation of corneal epithelium surface.

Abstract

In this work the AFM parameters appropriate for corneal epithelium imaging in physiological medium were defined. AFM represents a new powerful tool for corneal epithelium imaging, and its application in this field warrants further investigation.
