Hologram recording in Du Ponts new photopolymer materials

Abstract

New families of transmission and reflection holographic photopolymer materials and their performance are described. The materials are composed of polymeric binders, monomers, initiation system, and sensitizing dyes. By suitable choice of these ingredients, the materials can be customized in terms of their physical and holographic properties. Applications of the materials are discussed.
