Subarachnoid ependymal cyst

Abstract

✓ Two cases of subarachnoid ependymal cyst of developmental origin are described. Both were located in the Sylvian region, were lined with ciliated columnar epithelial cells, and had no communication with the ventricular system. Both were successfully removed at surgery.
