Abstract

Abstract This manuscript addresses emerging trends and issues in human behavior theory with special reference to the relevance of these trends to social work practice. Specific items addressed are: gender and ethnic racial variables, biological variables, life span development, cognitive variables, learning theory, group level variables, exchange theory, macro level variables and the labeling and perceptual process.
