Are you too small? The small molecule (MW=297) shown here was discovered to be an inhibitor of the KIX–KID interaction by using a novel Renilla luciferase complementation assay. This compound also inhibits CREB-mediated gene transcription in living cells. Detailed facts of importance to specialist readers are published as ”Supporting Information”.
