The action of mould enzymes on sucrose

Abstract

Reproducibility of the 8ubstrate. This has been investigated by carrying out, in triplicate, estimations of the activity of a duodenal juice using four different substrate preparations. The results given in Table Analysis shows that the variation between substrates is not significant (P >0-05).
