This booklet reports on the First Findings from the 2011 Workplace Employment Relations Study (2011 WERS), and provides information on the current state of employment relations inside British workplaces and what has changed since 2004. - The 2011 WERS provides a nationally representative account of the state of employment relations and working life inside British workplaces. It involved interviews with almost 2,700 managers, 1,000 worker representatives and surveyed more than 21,000 employees.
