Abstract

Dr. Linda Gilmore was a part of the Developmental Crime Prevention Consortium, a multidisciplinary research team responsible for this report. Key elements of Pathways to Prevention have been incorporated into the Federal Government's $240 million Stronger Families and Communities Strategy, announced by the Prime Minister on 16 April 2000, and into the ongoing work of the National Crime Prevention Programme.
