In two other instances of alleged hypoparathyroidism with Addison's disease,5, 6 the clinical data were incomplete and have subsequently been challenged.2, 3The case presented here is unique in that there is a lifelong history of mild to moderate steatorrhea which, on necropsy, proved to be due to cystic fibrosis of the...Bibliography1.
