The reflectivity spectra of Cd 1-x Mn x Te, Zn 1-x Mn x S and Zn 1-x Mn x Se in the 0.7-8.1 eV energy range have been investigated and compared with other known results for these mixed crystals. On the basis of the results obtained a model of the electronic structure of these compounds is proposed.
