Abstract

Daniel, Norris, Scott, and Heuser (1) reported that several 2,4-diamino pterins inhibit the growth of Streptococcus fuecalis and Lack&a&us cusei, which require preformed folic acid, and Lactobacillus arabinosus, which synthesizes its own needs of the vitamin.
