Abstract

Conventional storage of analog waveforms requires converting the signal to digital form, storing in digital memory and then converting retrieved data to analog form. This paper describes an integrated circuit which stores non-volatile analog voltages, eliminating data conversion and resulting in a significant increase in storage density compared to that achieved by digital techniques.
