Crohn's disease of the mouth: report of a case.

Abstract

Description of a young male with oral manifestations of Crohn's disease is detailed and the current literature is briefly reviewed. Past medical history and oral clinical examination of the patient were analysed. He was treated with systemic prednisone. The case reports a significant reduction of lesion after six months of treatment.
