Zoning Risk

Zoning Risk is a type of real estate regulatory risk that arises from the possibility that existing or future land-use and zoning regulations, their interpretation or enforcement, or the introduction of incompatible nearby uses will constrain or alter the permissible use, development potential, or surrounding land-use pattern of a property, thereby adversely affecting its value, income, or marketability.
