Zen Philosophy

Zen Philosophy is a school of Mahayana Buddhist thought that emphasizes direct experiential realization of enlightenment through meditation, non-attachment to discursive reasoning, and guidance under an adept teacher, distinguishing it from other Buddhist traditions by its unique integration of zazen (seated meditation), koan practice, and a minimalist, paradoxical rhetorical style.
