Wobble Base Pairing
Wobble Base Pairing is a mechanism of non-Watson-Crick base pairing between the third nucleotide of a messenger RNA codon and the first nucleotide of a transfer RNA anticodon that allows a single tRNA to recognize multiple codons, thereby ensuring translational fidelity while accommodating degeneracy in the genetic code.
