Wedge Stability

Wedge Stability is a geomechanical assessment method that evaluates the likelihood of failure of a rock wedge formed by the intersection of two or more discontinuities within a rock mass, distinguished by its focus on the geometric and force equilibrium conditions governing translational滑动 along the line of intersection under gravitational and external loads.
