Wedge Boundary Layers

Wedge Boundary Layers is a specific type of boundary layer flow regime characterized by the self-similar solutions of the Navier-Stokes equations for viscous fluid motion over a wedge-shaped surface, distinguished from other boundary layer configurations by the non-parallel streamwise pressure gradient induced by the wedge angle, which governs the velocity profile development in the laminar or turbulent boundary layer.
