Waters Projection

Waters Projection is an angled posteroanterior extraoral radiographic projection of the skull in which the patient faces the image receptor with the chin extended so that the orbitomeatal (canthomeatal) line forms approximately a 37° angle to the receptor, thereby optimizing visualization of the maxillary sinuses and adjacent facial structures.
