Volta Potential
Volta Potential is the electric potential difference that arises between two distinct phases, typically a solid electrode and an adjacent electrolyte, due to the separation of charges at their interface, distinguishing it from other electrode potentials by its dependence on the intrinsic work function difference of the materials in the absence of net current flow.
