Volcaniclastic Sediments

Volcaniclastic Sediments is a class of sedimentary materials composed predominantly of volcanic fragments produced by volcanic activity, pyroclastic density currents, or the reworking of volcanic deposits through erosion, transport, and deposition, distinguished from other volcanic or clastic sediments by their origin in explosive volcanism or volcanic fragmentation and their subsequent sedimentary processes.
