Virtual Manufacturing
Virtual Manufacturing is a digital representation and simulation-based framework within Manufacturing Systems Architecture that enables the modeling, analysis, and optimization of physical manufacturing processes and systems in a virtual environment prior to actual production, distinguishing it from related virtual prototyping methods by focusing on end-to-end production system behavior rather than product design alone.
