Vernacular Creativity is a scholarly construct in the field of Social Media Folklore denoting the everyday, bottom-up cultural production and expressive practices through which non-professional users creatively adapt and reinterpret digital media forms, platforms, and genres in ways that reflect local, communal, or identity-based meanings, thereby distinguishing it from institutional or professionally produced cultural content.
