Verb Production

Verb production is a fundamental area of psycholinguistic research investigating the cognitive and neural processes involved in accessing, selecting, and formulating verbs for speech or writing. This field examines the mechanisms underlying the retrieval of verb lemmas, the specification of their argument structure, morphological inflection, and integration into syntactic frames, exploring developmental trajectories, processing demands, and patterns of impairment in language disorders.
