Vectorless Power Estimation is a power estimation methodology that belongs to the class of static, input-agnostic techniques by predicting circuit power consumption without relying on specific input stimulus vectors, thereby distinguishing itself from vector-based simulation methods through its use of structural and probabilistic circuit analysis.
