Ultracold Molecules

Ultracold Molecules is a quantum matter construct consisting of diatomic or polyatomic systems that are cooled to temperatures near absolute zero, distinguished by their sub-microkelvin translational motion and precisely controllable internal and external quantum degrees of freedom enabling high-precision studies of molecular dynamics, quantum chemistry, and fundamental symmetries.
