Type-b Response Regulators
Type-B Response Regulators is a class of transcription factors within the two-component signal transduction system that directly activate the expression of cytokinin-responsive genes by binding to promoter regions of target genes, distinguishing them from other response regulators through their intrinsic DNA-binding activity and role as primary mediators of cytokinin signaling in plants.
