Tympanometric Width is a clinical audiometric metric, within immittance audiometry, defined as the difference in air pressure (in decapascals) between the two points on the tympanogram where admittance reaches half of the maximum peak value, used to assess middle ear compliance and identify potential pathological conditions, particularly in pediatric tympanometry.
