Tropical Soils

Tropical Soils is a category of soil characterized by intense weathering, high clay content, and dominance of low-activity clays such as kaolinite and iron and aluminum oxides, typically found in hot, humid climates within the intertropical zone, which collectively result in inherently low cation exchange capacity and high anion exchange capacity.
