Trend Chasing

Trend Chasing is a behavioral investment strategy in which an investor, belonging to the class of noise trading practices, disproportionately allocates capital to assets based on recent price movements or perceived market momentum, distinguishing itself by its reliance on extrapolative expectations rather than fundamental valuation or arbitrage-based decision-making.
