Transborder Reputation

Transborder Reputation is a legal doctrine in international trademark law that refers to the recognition and protection of a trademark's reputation across national borders, even in the absence of registered rights or substantial commercial use in the foreign jurisdiction, thereby distinguishing it from traditional territoriality-based trademark protection.
