Training Load Ratio

Training Load Ratio is a metric in sports science that quantifies the relationship between acute and chronic training workloads by dividing the average training load over a short-term period (typically 1 week) by the average training load over a longer-term period (typically 4 weeks) to assess an athlete’s risk of injury or overtraining.
