Traffic Rights
Traffic Rights is a bilateral or multilateral regulatory entitlement under International Air Law that confers upon a designated airline of one state the legal authority to operate scheduled or non-scheduled air services over or into the territory of another state, thereby distinguishing it from domestic aviation privileges by its cross-border, internationally negotiated nature.
