Torrens Title System

The Torrens Title System is a land registration system that belongs to the class of property ownership frameworks wherein indefeasible title to real property is conferred by registration on a public land register, distinguished from other systems by its reliance on a state-guaranteed title certificate as the primary evidence of ownership, thereby replacing the need for追溯 documentary proof of title.
