Toe-to-hand Transfer

Toe-to-Hand Transfer is a microsurgical reconstructive procedure in which a toe or a portion of a toe is transplanted to the hand to restore functional anatomy following traumatic amputation or congenital deficiency, distinguished from other reconstructive techniques by its use of heterodigital osteocutaneous tissue with preserved vascular and neurotendinous structures for digital regeneration.
